Notes: This particular 16610 is not from my personal collection, but rather it is part of the collection of a close personal friend. I've never owned a 16610 Submariner, but thought it was important to include a reference page on this iconic classic. I'm often asked, "which Rolex should I buy?" If you plan on buying one and only one Rolex, this is the one to buy. It is without question the most popular of the sport models, and about the most versatile model Rolex sells. Because I own a 16613 Submariner and a 16600 Sea-Dweller, the 16610 Submariner would be a bit of a duplication in my collection, but I do plan to acquire one in the next year to keep for my son.
