Notes: The Cosmograph Daytona is the trophy piece of my collection, as it is the rarest and most sought after watch in the world. Each authorized Rolex dealer is allocated only one, or perhaps two of the coveted stainless steel models each year. Most Rolex dealers maintain waiting lists of people who want to buy the Daytona. After two years of searching, I was fortunate enough to receive my F series Daytona in December of 2004 – I can’t think of a better Christmas present! Since then I’ve had a total of two black dial and three white dial 116520 Daytonas and have learned much about this coveted, fabled watch.
